靈籤曰，貧窮疾病倍傷神，君爾之運途正遇合貧病交迫者也，
寒月懸空之象 The cold moon hangs alone in the sky.
【米力仙註】 寒蟬悲風 時不我予 The cold cicada mourns in the wind, time does not favor me.

【北海觀音明善堂白話淺釋】 目現運勢低迷，諸事不宜，做事難成，身心不安， 屋漏偏逢連夜雨，無一是處， 若是求得此籤，諸事更難成， 任何的祈求或計劃都要暫停延後， 等待明年春、秋時機到來， 時運才會漸漸的好轉。 The current fortune is bleak, unsuitable for any endeavors, with difficulties in achieving goals and unrest in mind and body. Like encountering continuous rainy nights with a leaky roof, there seems to be no respite. If one draws such a lot, all endeavors become even more challenging. It is advisable to postpone any prayers or plans and await the arrival of opportune moments in the spring or autumn of the coming year.
